Exchange and Return Policy:
At Palm & Pale, we believe in providing 100% satisfaction to our customers. In the rare case that the customer is not satisfied they may return or exchange the product.
The customer can return the item in case it is found faulty, damaged, a different size, or defective at the time of delivery.

To initiate the return kindly WhatsApp/call us at 0309-9029029 within 5 days of receiving the order.

The product must be returned or exchanged (through traceable delivery i.e., renowned courier or registered post) within 7 days of receiving the order along with the original invoice.

The returned item must be in its original packing (carefully folded)

No return will be possible for products on SALE.

The customer must bear the cost of courier charges for sending it back.
